Terms of Service

Turftix is booking and management software for sports venues. Venue owners use it to publish a bookable calendar, record bookings taken at the counter and online, record payments received, and view reports.

Turftix is software. It is not a booking agent, a payment service, or a party to any agreement between a venue and the people who book it.

You must give accurate details when you open an account, and keep them current. You are responsible for what is done through your account and through any staff accounts you create.

Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has gained access to your account.

We do not collect, hold, route or refund the money your customers pay you. Payments for a booking are made directly to you — in cash at the venue, or to a mobile financial services or bank account that belongs to you. Turftix records what you tell it was received; it never receives it.

It follows that disputes about a booking — a refund, a cancellation, a slot that was not available — are between you and your customer. We can show you what the system recorded and when. We cannot reverse a payment we never held.

You are responsible for your own pricing, cancellation and refund terms, for tax on what you earn, and for any licences your venue requires.

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period shown at checkout. Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka and are listed on our pricing page.

New accounts get their first month free, then pay ৳1,500 a month. Turftix takes 0% commission and no booking fee on anything a venue collects. We remind you by email before the free month and each paid month ends.

If a month is not paid, the service keeps working for a 3-day grace period. After that your dashboard becomes read-only and your public booking page stops taking new bookings until you pay. We do not delete your data because a subscription lapsed.

You can stop at any time by not paying for the next month; card payments can be cancelled from your Paddle receipt or by asking us. See our refund policy for what happens to the period you have already paid for.

You agree not to use Turftix to:

• publish a venue you do not own or are not authorised to manage;
• list slots you cannot honour, or advertise prices you will not accept;
• upload someone else's photographs or branding as your own;
• send marketing to customers who have not agreed to receive it;
• attempt to access another venue's data, or to disrupt the service.

We may suspend an account that does any of these, and will tell you why.

Your venue details, bookings, customer records and payment records remain yours. You can export them, and we do not sell them or use them to compete with you.

If you stop paying or close your account, we do not delete your booking history as a penalty. We will tell you before removing anything and give you a chance to export it.

We work to keep Turftix running, but we do not promise it will be available without interruption. Maintenance, an outage at a supplier, or a fault can take it offline.

Because of that: keep your venue able to operate without us for a few hours. The calendar is the record, not the only way to run the gate.

Turftix is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost bookings, lost revenue, or losses arising from your use of the service, and our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may change these terms. If a change materially affects you we will tell you before it takes effect, by email to the address on your account. Continuing to use Turftix after that means you accept the change.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh have jurisdiction over any dispute.
